We have seen time-travel games where a red flashing “PARADOX” appeared as soon as one did anything strange. Can time-travel work logically without paradoxes? It turns out that it can. In Timelike, you can travel (and push boxes) unlimitedly to the past and future. Just please don't collide with your younger self.
In-depth explanation (work in progress)In this puzzle game, you take the job of a warehouse keeper in a company called Timelike. You walk around and push boxes. The goal is to get boxes to all target tiles.
What's unique in Timelike is that you and boxes can pass thorugh portals, and some of them take you to the past or the future. This means you can travel in time! You can move freely in the past and change the course of history. If you do it well, boxes will end up on targets. If not, all sorts of crazy thing might happen, such as a box disappearing because in its past, you pushed it away from your past self who was just about to send it to the past. To understand these history alterations, there is an option to watch a replay of the whole history anytime you want.
